    Excerpt:

Wright County Planning and Zoning Director Chuck Elberg presented a zoning change in Section 4 of Iowa Township to the board of supervisors Aug. 27. Kevin and Colette Westaby of Belmond want to build a new house requiring a change from agricultural to residential. The supervisors granted the request.

The supervisors received a report from the Center for Disease Control concerning fluoride in city water supplies. In Wright County, the report shows Dows with too much fluoride, Galt, Rowan and Woolstock at below optimum levels, and other cities normal.
