The voters in Chippewa Falls had their say, and the city council listened.  Fluoride will not be added to the city's water.  Tuesday night the council voted 6-to-1 against fluoride.  Earlier this month voters overwhelmingly rejected the idea of fluorination in an advisory referendum.  Some members of the council said they voted against the proposal because a majority of their constituents don't want it.
